SHIPPING & REFUNDS

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing times are separate from the shipping times displayed at checkout. All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

When placing your order, please be mindful of potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

 

Calculated Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  For a defined period of time, free shipping on all orders over $50.

 

Shipping Options

​

There are multiple shipping options available, rates and delivery times vary, view these options at checkout. 

​

Local Delivery

​

Local delivery is available and free for orders over $100 within Little Rock and surrounding areas. For orders under $30, the delivery fee is $5 within a 5 mile radius and $10 within a 10 mile radius and $20 within a 20 mile radius. 

​

Deliveries are made from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

​

International Shipping

​

At this time, we do not ship to international locations.  

​

 

How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?

​

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

​

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes, please provide a physical address to avoid delays and ensure receipt of your product order. 

REFUND POLICY

 

 Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

​

We work very hard to produce quality products.  We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if you are ever dissatisfied with our product, let us know. Return the product for  and we will replace or refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
